Art at LBCon
Get Your Music, Film, and Art on!
Missoula is a city of the arts. Thursday evening, August 25 there will be live music at Downtown ToNight, Missoula's local music night. August 26, Friday, kicks off the River City Roots Festival weekend which closes down city streets for live music. Saturday Missoula boasts a large, three-tiered market, part farmers, part artists from around the state.
Throughout the LBCon experience we hope to integrate film, music, and art for your entertainment and inspiration.
LBCon Community Art Project with Adelaide Gale Every
This is a chance for conference attendees to work together to build and complete a community art project together. You’ll have a chance to explore your creative side by interacting with local Missoula artist Adelaide Every who will help guide the project. The finished project will be a colorful mandala installation created from recycled goods and water! LBCon encourages all attendees to participate in the art project on either day of the conference during the Breakout sessions, and it will be conveniently located across from the Wilma so you can swing by to and from other Breakout sessions.
