Chelsea EF Bodnar is a pediatrician who attended Harvard Medical School and University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. Since residency at Seattle Children's Hospital/University of Washington, she has been focused on improving the quality of primary care for children - as a health policy fellow at the Institute of Medicine, Director of Children's Healthcare quality at a large consortium of FQHCs, and a primary care physician for children from a wide range of backgrounds. At HRHCare, she led the transformation of preventive care screening, ultimately using the available technology to dramatically improve screening rates for high risk children. Having worked in many very different pediatric care settings, she is now focused on ways to use technology to improve the pediatric care model on a large scale for families, doctors, and the future.
Ryan Wines, CEO Marmoset Music
Ryan is the Founder and fearless leader at Marmoset: a global music agency based in Portland, Oregon. He co-pilots Marmoset's creative teams and enjoys studying people and human systems -- constantly deconstructing the status quo, pushing the boundaries, and searching for a better way to do things.
A fiery advocate of creators, makers and artists, Ryan gave a TED Talk about "leading creatives amidst a modern landscape" and has traveled far and wide sharing his ideas and experiences on topics of music, branding, and leadership at places like SXSW, CMJ Music Festival, TechFestNW, MusicFestNW, NextCon, The University of Montana, Lewis & Clark College, Southern Oregon University, and beyond.
A member of The Guild of Music Supervisors and having served on the Board of Governors for The Recording Academy (The Grammys), Ryan is active in the Portland, Oregon Chapter of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) and is currently pursuing related coursework at MIT and The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Larry Cohn, Partner and Co-founder at Nexcore

Sean Luangrath, CEO at Inergy Solar
A seasoned international manager, Sean Luangrath has worked at Fortune 100 companies, on multiple continents and for both early and late-stage startups. Sean is the CEO at Inergy Solar, a Idaho-based renewable energy startup with the mission to provide the world with affordable solar power. Inergy Solar designs and manufactures the world most portable energy storage solutions. The company’s “bottom up” consumer approach to clean tech products makes renewable power available to everyone, everywhere.
Having been a refugee from the Vietnam War, Sean is proud to be part of a company that’s trying to “give back” and make a difference in the lives of the 1.1 billion people in the world living without electricity. To Inergy, making a difference is as simple as providing a solar-powered battery bank to charge cell phones for those living off-grid so they can keep in touch with family members or as basic as powering lights at night so they can study and work after dark.
Before joining Inergy, Sean held senior leadership positions in several high-tech startups including Global Director at Aerohive Networks, an enterprise wifi hardware and software startup that went IPO in 2014, Founder of a mobile application start-up in China that provided translation services throughout the country and Vice President and General Manager at MeLLmo, an enterprise software startup that was acquired by SAP.
Prior to his recent “startup adventures,” Luangrath was an executive in the China Retail Operations group for Apple and also worked extensively in Apple’s global iPhone Sales organization in Silicon Valley. Early in his career, he held leadership positions in finance, strategy and sales operations at HP, PeopleSoft, Oracle and LeapFrog.
Sean has a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University.
Married with three sons and a dog, Sean spends most of his free time with his family enjoying the outdoors or exploring the world.
Stacy Maloney, Director, Change Management at Gap, Inc.
Throughout her life, Stacy has participated in many unique leadership experiences, affording her opportunities to work with diverse populations from around the globe. She thrives on helping people identify and harness their strengths and seek opportunities that are at times at odds with the status quo.
Stacy brings over 15 years of experience leading corporate retail teams to her current role as Director of Change Management and Engagement. She draws on her experiences to help global teams mitigate business risks and individuals navigate through change during organizational transformations and systems implementations.
Stacy received her BA in Communication Studies and Political Science from the University of Montana, and received her MBA from the University of Wyoming. Since 2014, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Girls on the Run of the Bay Area, a non-profit confidence-building running program for 3rd – 5th grade girls. She enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, running, and most things that land her in the mountains.
Esteban Gast, Justin Baldoni & Wayfarer Entertainment
Esteban Gast lives at the intersection of education and entertainment. He is a former lecturer of creativity in the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois and author of Building Your Creativity. He is a touring stand up comedian whose opened for the likes of Colin Jost and Tim Meadows. He can currently be seen on Jungletown, a TV show that aired on VICELAND and A&E which documented his experience being president of Kalu Yala, an off-the-grid research institute in the jungles of Panama. He just moved to LA and is working for Wayfarer Entertainment where he is helping develop a show called The Men's Room aimed at redefining masculinity and the show starts shooting literally a few days after LBCon.
Ben Burns, Digital Director at Blind
Ben Burns is a brand strategist, an award-winning designer, and an expert in user experience. As the Digital Director of Blind, he oversees the intersection of design and technology in all client work.
Prior to joining the team at Blind, Ben founded Burnt Creative, a brand experience agency in Richmond, Virginia. He also served on the executive board of the Richmond AIGA chapter as Vice President.
He received his BA in Media Arts with a focus on New Media from the University of South Carolina and a Masters Certificate in Cyber Security from Armstrong Atlantic University. Since then, Ben has enjoyed working with brands like DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures, AMC, TBS, (Olympic) Team USA, Laika, and Hyatt among several exciting startups.
Ben is a veteran, serving five years in the Army National Guard, earning the rank of Sergeant. In a brief intermission from the creative sphere, he also spent a few years chasing drug dealers as a decorated Narcotics Agent with a multi-jurisdictional narcotics agency.

Kali Lindner, Founder at Oula
Oula was created in 2010 by Kali Lindner. A graduate of The University of Montana in Missoula, Kali became a certified yoga instructor and then received her White Belt in the Nia Technique in Portland, Oregon. Still, she found herself wanting a more physically intense, high-energy and lighthearted workout. Not able to find what she was looking for, she created it herself. Kali combined the movement of dance, the intensity of aerobic workouts, and the philosophies of yoga and Nia to create Oula–Dancemania for the Soul. When not getting her Oula on, she is usually eating good food, traveling, and loving on her husband, friends and dogs.
Courtney McKee, Co-Founder Headframe Spirits
Courtney was raised in Connecticut and moved to Montana to attend the University of Montana, where she received a BA in English Literature. Passionate about Montana, Courtney came to Butte in 2001 where she owned and operated an Information Technology consulting company for a number of years before getting into the distilled spirits business. Courtney and her husband John own Headframe Spirits in Butte, which opened in 2012, and were named Entrepreneurs and Ambassadors of the Year by Governor Steve Bullock in 2014 and 2015. Headframe Spirits currently employs 27 individuals and has made a significant economic impact in their community. The company is equal parts history and technology, which derives from the rich history and ingenuity that the beautiful hometown of Butte has to offer.
Courtney is passionately engaged in developing corporate culture and establishing leadership roles for her employees. As well as empowering her corporate community, she is also committed to fostering opportunities for other entrepreneurs in Montana through the Distiller’s Guild of Montana, and has been featured in Forbes, Huffington Post, and Entrepreneur Magazine.
Jordan Lind, CEO at Clearas Water Recovery
With more than 15 years of senior-level leadership experience in business development, sales, marketing, strategic planning and operations management, Jordan blends his corporate and entrepreneurial knowledge to lead the business development strategy for Clearas.
Prior to joining Clearas he oversaw business development for ALPS Corporation, a nationwide financial and professional services firm, increasing annual gross sales from $20 million to $40 million during his tenure. Barry Thompson, Co-Founder Half Wild
A Freelance Art Director/Compositor for over 15 years, Barry has produced compelling visual designs for videos, independent films, documentaries, and entertainment. He recently finished work on First Ascent; a six-part adventure television series produced by Sender films and sponsored by National Geographic. He has worked on many documentaries, including the award-winning independent film, I AM (2011), directed by Tom Shadyac, as well as Red Gold (2007), directed by Travis Rummel and Ben Knight. He has also received numerous Mountain Film Awards for his work with Sender Films including; Banff Film Festival, International Mountaineering Film Festival, Graz International Film Festival, and Telluride Mountain Film Festival.
